About
Rebecca was born and raised in Campbell County, Virginia. She graduated from William Campbell High School in 2012.
Rebecca still lives in Campbell County with her Australian Shepherd, Caddy. Rebecca’s hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, DIY projects, kayaking and traveling.
Rebecca is a member of the Campbell County Bar Association, Lynchburg Bar Association, Virginia State Bar and Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
Experience
Rebecca joined Overbey, Hawkins, Wright & Vance as an associate in 2018. While in law school she interned with the Orange County Commonwealth’s Attorney. Rebecca’s continuing focus has been in the areas of personal injury, domestic relations, landlord/tenant, general civil litigation, and wills and estate planning. Rebecca has a passion for helping others while keeping her client’s goals in mind.
Education
Rebecca graduated from Longwood University in 2014 with a degree in Political Science (Pre-Law Concentration) and in 2017 she graduated from Liberty University School of Law. Rebecca was admitted to the Virginia State Bar that same year.

Rebecca devotes the majority of her practice to cases involving personal injury and domestic relations, but also practices in the following areas: landlord/tenant, wills and estate planning, general civil litigation, real estate, business, school and municipal law, and criminal defense.
